Asia and Europe Money

The project gave students a good opportunity to learn about the “currency geography”. There are several countries which have recently become members of the EU but still have their own national currency. In this project the students, studied the history, economy, language, and culture from the bank note of different countries from Asia & Europe.

As well as the opportunity for students to learn more about national currency of the countries involved, this project allowed students to develop ICT skills as they used the internet, electronic encyclopedia’s, PowerPoint, e-mail, and video conferencing between students and project supervisors., They also created a project web-page and discussion forum, on which the outcome of the project was published.
