Butterfly In Your Hands

The “Butterfly in Your Hands” project aimed to encourage students and teachers to rekindle their interest in butterflies, their host plants and wildflowers in their countries, thereby raising awareness to their importance in the ecological system. Through this awareness, this project helped the students take an active role in protecting the nature by taking part in preserving and protecting these species. Furthermore, the project encouraged students and teachers to work together in learning to use the open source web tools available.
