This project focused on exchanging information about Asian and European fashion and cuisine. Students explained how the attire is created and worn, as well as its cultural significance. On the part for cuisine, students used online using multimedia tools to exchange information about local / indigenous food, its preparation and how to serve it. This project aimed to orient students from Asia and Europe on their unique traditions as expressed in local dress and culinary practices as well as contemporary views on their own culture. By the end of the eight-month project, participants had also had the opportunity to meet face-to-face as part of this student exchange activity.
