Handshakes All Around the World – A Virtual Homestay

Groups of 6-8 students including pairs from each participating schools (3-4 schools) arranged a period of a week-long of homestay. The two students hosting (pair from one school) will planned a week-long programmed for students from the rest of the participating schools. The programmed could include:

1. Cultural and festive occasions happening during that period

2. School routines, events and highlights or/and an academic/curriculum area for discussion

3. Food

4. Leisure activities

5. Places of interest

6. Meeting each other’s family and friends

An internet-based platform for the exchange to take place will be used for students to interact, post pictures, journal accounts, share video clip, forum discussion, live chat etcetc. with each other.
