My Travelogue’s Passport

Students assumed the role of travel writers and created blogs to record their experience. In multicultural groups, they wrote articles and created features on the history and beauty of their chosen destinations, the local culture, as well as festivities and events. Bilingual/multilingual entries were encouraged. Then as a creative project, participants designed and built a prototype of their “dream travel destination”, by using recycled materials in creating a model.
