Description

The “Our Heroes, Our Inspirations” project provided opportunities for the students to engage in a collaborative learning task which required them to research national and local personalities in their country. Students had to review and to find out the individuals who could be considered “heroes” in a given classification. Heroes from each country were then classified as follows; (A) National Heroes and (B) Local Heroes and Day-to-day Heroes. The students gathered information about such heroes, discussed and commented on the persons’ lives, and created and shared expository, literary texts and multimedia outputs in tribute for such heroes through MIXXT network.
