Re-Going by Sea 2011

The “Re-Going by Sea 2011” project was a continuation of last year’s project. This year’s project dealt with 6 main topics, which were linked to each other by the main idea to ‘Go By Sea’. Starting from great navigators, their routes, the curiosities extracted from logbooks or travel books, the students looked into other sea related topics such as places, ecology, food, myths, proverbs, songs and legends. The focus each month was on a single topic, with personal feedback and social communication. During the course of the project, the teachers also discussed the didactic implications of this process.
