Somewhere Out There

‘Somewhere out there’ was an investigative journey to seek out that special place, a place where familiar faces frequent, beautiful stories are born and ties are strengthened. The students investigated places in their community and explored the reasons why these places are special and significant in their lives. They presented these places on a ‘Virtual Tourist’ page to their friends as spots worth visiting. The cross-cultural aspect of this project was a creative response to the virtual journey that their partners had designed on the ‘Virtual Tourist’ website.
