Description |
“TraditionalGames@VirtualHomestay” project allowed students to develop a greater understanding of the traditional games within their own culture as well as those of other countries. Consequently, students were required to develop more in-depth understanding of the games as well as facilitate the learning by their partners through experiencing and demonstrating the game via video. A compare-and-contrast analysis allowed all student participants to analyze the similarities and differences of the traditional games, and eventually, experience a foreign traditional game introduced by other student participants. Lastly, students explored their creativity by designing a game of their own and allowing their team partners to reflect on the new game after trying it out. |
