Description |
The restroom, toilet, commode, porcelain throne or simply the loo; no matter what we call it, it is a device which is so dear to us, because we need it every day. Other than serving the community by meeting our basic needs, restrooms also encompass technological marvels based on the facilities available today. Upon closer observation, it allows us to expand our knowledge and understanding of the culture of a particular country or city based on the way the restrooms are being managed. Through this project, participants got to know what it is like to be in a differently-structured restroom with the exchange of experiences and information with their overseas partners. Students also actively participated in the discussions and developed new initiatives or ideas to improve on the current layout, structures and facilities of restrooms. |
