Description |
The project “Where Music Lives” gave students an opportunity to tell other members of the project about opera, musical theatres, concert halls, museums of theatre and music, national musical instruments, national music and even school musical groups. The project was divided into 4 stages. The 1st stage: acquaintance with theatres, concert halls of the country. The 2nd stage: national music, national musical instruments. The 3rd stage: researching music at your school (questioning of students – what kind of musical styles are closer to them, have they ever been to an opera or a symphonic concert, their favorite’s composers, etc.) The 4th stage: concert-video-conference in real-time mode. DVD video recording was then dispatched to all project’s participants. The project aimed to develop language and ICT skills, helping students from Asia and Europe to build relationships with each other during their teamwork, as well as find out more about the cultures of the countries participating in this project. |
