Zoom Culture

Images have been used as a form of a communication tool, long before the written word was introduced. When languages become a barrier to communication, images can be a starting point from which to have conversations among people from different cultural backgrounds. “Zoom Culture” online collaboration aimed to provide students from different countries with the opportunity to share their culture, and collaborate with other students by sharing meaningful feedback and photography tips. The project focused on students posting photographs of their daily lives, incorporating at least one sub-skill of photography (such as photography style, natural light, styling, composition etc.).
